Griffith-Jones took refuge with His Eminence Chogye Trichen Rinpoche of the Tibetan Buddhist Sakya tradition. She moved to Nepal in 2001 to make a film about the Holy Dharma. Since that time, she practised listening, reflection and meditation in order to realise that Dharma. Under the guidance and with the blessings of her Root Guru, it took her 6 years to complete the film, until 2007 when His Eminence Chogye Trichen Rinpoche passed into Paranirvana.
